Vapers Tek will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury, or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from Vapers Tek.
Products sold by Vapers Tek have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any disease.
Comments or reviews posted by visitors or customers of Vapers Tek or associated websites do not represent the opinion of Vapers Tek or its employees or representatives.
RETURNS, WARRANTY, AND EXCHANGES
Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.
1. There will be no refunds issued once an order has shipped.
2. No refunds or returns on e-liquid.
3. No warranty on atomizers or cartomizers.
4. Exchange parts will not be sent until the original part is returned to us and evaluated. Shipping is at the customer's expense for parts returned to Vapers Tek.
5. The default warranty period for all warrantied products is 14 days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
6. Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty period expires whether you test it or not.
7. For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, please contact us via e-mail to help find a solution.
8. Products that are functional, not sold by Vapers Tek, determined to be out of warranty, or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.
9. Eligibility for refunds, repairs, or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse, or modified or repaired by anyone other than Vapers Tek are not eligible for exchange.
10. Use e-mail to initiate a request if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated.
11. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Vapers Tek resulting in incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please submit a request to us via e-mail. Instructions will be provided once a request is submitted.
Disposable e-cigarette kits are not eligible for exchange or refund unless DOA and you notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please use e-mail to notify us if you feel you haave received a DOA disposable e-cigarette.
CARTRIDGES AND CARTOMIZER REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Cartomizers and cartridges have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products.

RETURN, REPAIR, EXCHANGE PROCESSING PROCEDURE
We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock, we will send a like product of equal or greater value, or provide a refund at our discretion.
Shipping Time: Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays.
Guarantee of Order Arrival: We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider- any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vapers Tek or other parties is only an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Priority Shipping: This is an expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order by Vapers Tek. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.
Customs, Duties, VAT Taxes: We currently do not ship to any location outside of the United States. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or special requests, please email us.
Missing and Delayed Shipments: We try to ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location, but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how the carrier routes the package, or for delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information as possible about the delay. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations.
Vapers Tek shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a tyopgraphical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vapers Tek shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Vapers Tek shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card was charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vapers Tek shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
